Data & Privacy

You own your data. StackTidy gives you full control to export or delete it at any time.

What we access

Outlook connection:
  • Read-only access to emails matching subscription patterns (receipts, invoices, renewal notices)
  • We do not read unrelated emails
  • Email content is processed by AI to extract subscription data, then discarded - we store only the extracted data
Email forwarding:
  • You control which emails are forwarded to your StackTidy address
  • Same processing: extract data, discard email body

Exporting your data

  1. Go to Settings (via Profile sheet → Billing → Settings)
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  3. Tap Export Data
  4. A JSON file downloads containing all your subscriptions, preferences, and activity history

Deleting your account

  1. In Settings → Danger Zone, tap Delete Account
  2. Or use the Delete account link at the bottom of the Profile sheet
  3. Type DELETE in the confirmation field
  4. Confirm

This cannot be undone.
