Navigating the App

Home, Radar, Story, and the Profile sheet - what each one does

Navigating the App

StackTidy has three main tabs at the bottom: Home, Radar, and Story. Everything else lives in the Profile sheet (your avatar, top-right).

Home

Your daily brief. Shows what matters right now:

  • Health Ring - donut chart, one segment per subscription (green / amber / red)
  • Stat Pills - total monthly spend, tool count, ghost count
  • Renewal Timeline - up to 6 upcoming renewals with dates and costs
  • Your Brief - whispers: contextual one-liners like "Slack renews in 5 days" or "We caught Figma"
Home is designed to be glanceable. You shouldn't need to do anything unless a whisper needs attention.

Radar

Your complete subscription list:

  • Filter pills - All / Issues (amber + red) / Healthy (green)
  • Sort toggle - by Health, Spend, or Renewal date
  • Subscription cards - app name, cost, health indicator, next renewal
  • + button - add a subscription manually
  • Tap any card to open the full detail view (edit, cancellation info, history)

Story

Your spending narrative. Shows trends, breakdowns, and insights based on your actual data:

  • Monthly spend trend - chart showing how your total spend has changed
  • Category breakdown - where your money goes (Design, Dev Tools, Communication, etc.)
  • Subscription count - how many active tools you're paying for
  • New & cancelled - what changed this period
  • Department filter - if your team uses departments, filter the entire Story view by department to see spend per team
Available on Pro and during your trial.
