Manual Scan
Trigger an immediate scan of your connected inbox anytime - don't wait for the background schedule.
How to scan
- Tap your avatar (top-right corner)
- Open the Import section
- Find your connected Outlook account
- Tap Scan now
What happens when it finishes
When the scan completes:
- The Profile sheet closes automatically
- A review sheet slides up showing everything that was caught
- For each subscription: tap ✓ to keep, ✗ to skip
If the button stays on "Scanning…"
The scan runs in the background and can take a few minutes for large inboxes. The button polls every few seconds and clears once the scan finishes. If it seems stuck, try pulling to refresh the page.
Scan frequency (automatic)
If you have an active Outlook connection, StackTidy scans your inbox in the background periodically. Manual scan is for when you want to check immediately - for example, right after paying for a new subscription.
